- Summary, Etc.
- 요약This work presents non-perturbative lattice field theory calculations of the low-lying meson and baryon spectrum of the SU(4) gauge theory with fermion constituents in the fundamental representation, known as stealth dark matter. This strongly coupled theory is an extension of the Standard Model, where the spin-zero baryon is the dark matter candidate. This work constitutes the first milestone in the research program to predict stealth dark matter self-interactions. The focus of this work is on reducing excited state contamination in the single baryon channel by applying the Laplacian Heaviside (LapH) method, as well as projecting the baryon operators into irreducible representations of the octahedral group. Using state-of-the-art analysis techniques, results for the meson and positive-parity baryon spectrum are presented with reduced statistical and systematic uncertainties compared to previous work. This work also provides the first results of the negative-parity baryon spectrum.
